Gay Wedding Bursted in Ekpan, Delta State

Operatives of the Delta State Police Command, Ekpan division ha arrested sixty-seven 'gay suspects' in the Ekpan area of the State, according to reports.

According to the report, the command's Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, made this known in a tweet on Tuesday August 29. 

The Police Spokesperson said the suspects were arrested at a gay wedding ceremony between Daniel Pius (groom) and Maxwell Ohwonowho (bride) at Teebulus Hotel in Ekpan on Monday August 28.

Edafe Bright added that they were paraded at Ekpan Police Station.

A female soldier enforcing the curfew imposed by Adamawa state government has killed a senior colleague at a checkpoint in Yola, the state capital.  Daily Trust reports that the female soldier simply identified as Lance Corporal Nkiru shot a captain who tried to intervene in her altercation with civilians at Fire Service Round About in the state capital.
